Build parts by connecting nodes, change any dimension later, and export a watertight STL for printing or an analytic STEP for machining.

Recorded session · gyroid lamp · 10 nodes
A recorded editing session in the Oriforma editor: a gyroid lattice from the parts library is trimmed to a cylinder, its cell size and wall thickness are changed from the properties panel, a sphere intersection rounds the top, a base is added and the colour is changed; the 3D viewport updates after every step A recorded editing session: a herringbone gear from the parts library gets a keyway cut with a subtract node, its tooth count and helix angle are changed from the properties panel, then a hub and a mirrored, half-pitch-rotated pinion are added with a union so the two gears mesh A recorded editing session: a plate, a cylinder, a linear pattern, a translate and a subtract node are added one by one; then the width, hole count and thickness are changed from the properties panel and the part follows

Models you can change later

Every model is a graph that records how the part was built, not a frozen mesh. Edit one dimension and the whole part re-evaluates. A bracket that fits one shelf fits any shelf by changing one number.

  • Any numeric property can be an expression
  • Variables, exposed as flow properties, drive several nodes at once
  • 50 expression nodes for the arithmetic you would otherwise do by hand
Animation: changing the width parameter from 80 to 120 mm re-evaluates the graph; the plate stretches and its holes re-space themselves

A parts library built for making things

187 ready-made nodes cover what makers actually need, with real dimensions: thread standards, gear types, fasteners and fit features, enclosures, storage bins, lattices and grips. Drop one in, set the size, connect it to the rest.

Export that fits the job

The same model saves as a mesh for any slicer and printer, or as an analytic B-rep for CAM and machine shops. Two kernels do the work: Manifold for meshes, OpenCASCADE for STEP. Nothing to repair afterwards.

Imported meshes stay meshes: they export as faceted bodies, not analytic surfaces.

STLWatertight by construction. Manifold output is guaranteed by the kernel, not by a repair pass.
3MFThe same mesh with colour and metadata for modern slicers.
STEPTrue cylinders, planes and fillets, not facets. Opens in any CAD or CAM package.
ImportSTL, OBJ, 3MF, SVG and DXF into the graph.

Check, then iterate

Overhang and wall-thickness nodes show what needs support or will not survive the printer before you spend filament: 45° and 1.2 mm by default, both adjustable.

Version history keeps every revision. Commit, branch, tag, compare and go back.

With AI assistance switched on, a text or image prompt produces an editable node graph rather than a one-off mesh.

Animation: a scan flags a 62-degree overhang and a 1.0 mm wall, the part is revised to a 45-degree chamfer and 1.6 mm wall, and v3 is recorded in the version history
